IHC was one of five companies that provided a quote to replace my aging and broken A/C and coil. Not only did Ben offer the lowest price, he was also the least pushy and the most responsive. Two other companies provided quotes for the same brand and efficiency, and IHC beat those prices by over $700. Ben and Matt were prompt, professional, fast, and well-equipped for the job. The house was getting cold and I realized the furnace had stopped working.I called Idaho Heating and Cooling who responded and was at the house within 30 minutes. Ben diagnosed the problem and managed to find a new blower moter right away and repair the furnace.He also took the time to conduct a routine maintenance to replace worn parts and filters. IHC came to my home and provided a free estimate for replacement of my existing system. Ben arrived on time (a big deal to me) and was personable, courteous, and patient with my questions. While we discussed several options, I never felt rushed or pressured. I had every confidence that Ben was being honest and not just trying to make a sale.
IHC installed the system in one day. When they left all debris had been picked up and removed. I am very pleased with the exceptional professional service and with my new system (it is so quiet my neighbors do not even hear it running). I will be calling IHC again when my water heater bites it!
